Kathmandu. The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has said that some places have lost power due to technical problems and now the problem has been resolved. The NEA has issued a statement explaining that load shedding has resumed in some online media and social networks.
The NEA has requested to be sure that there is no load shedding as the electricity produced by NEA and the private sector is being imported from India.
The NEA has also requested to understand such problems saying that the poles have to be shifted, transformers have to be changed and other structures have to be cut for some time due to maintenance work.
As load shedding has already ended in Nepal three years ago, NEA has stated that work is being done to prevent load shedding.
Similarly, NEA has also mentioned that such works have been repaired immediately by cutting power in some places in order to solve the natural or accidental problems in the structures where electricity is flowing.
