Kathmandu. According to the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), two Nepalis living abroad in the UK have died of coronavirus infection in the past week. At the same time, the number of Nepalis dying abroad has reached 335.
According to Sanjiv Sapkota, coordinator of the health committee under NRNA, so far Nepalis have died of corona infection in 21 countries. He said that the number of Nepalis infected with a corona in 50 countries had reached 60,121 by Saturday evening. Of them, 58,432 have been released from the coronation.
The infection rate is 97 percent. According to the health committee of the association, corona infection has been confirmed in more Nepalis in Australia, Spain, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia this year.

Nepalis living abroad are getting vaccinated
Recently, more than 5,000 communities of Nepali origin have been vaccinated in the United States. Doctors, nurses, senior citizens working in the health sector and those who have been infected with Corona before have been vaccinated.
Similarly, more than a thousand members of the Nepali community in the UK have been vaccinated. According to Dr. Bodhraj Subedi, 2500 Nepalis have been vaccinated against corona in Europe. Meanwhile, various medical studies have shown that the vaccines currently on the market are also effective in infecting new variants of the corona.
