Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between eSewa Money Transfer for digital remittance and Alfardan Exchange, a reputed remittance service provider in the UAE.
In addition, Nepalis living in the UAE will be able to send money in cash from any of the 65 branches of Alfardan Exchange and to any bank account and eSewa wallet.
Remittances in cash can be received from more than 8,000 ESEWA Money Transfer agents across Nepal and the ESEWA Wallet app. The company has stated that the amount sent to the bank account will be immediately deposited in the bank account of the service recipient.
The agreement has been signed by Managing Director Ajesh Koirala on behalf of ESEWA Money Transfer and former Chief Executive Officer Osmaal Rahma on behalf of Alfardan Exchange Remittance.
According to Ajesh Koirala, Managing Director of Iseva Money Transfer, Esewa Money Transfer has been receiving remittances from different countries through digital and agent-based remittance services.
