Fortune Magazine has recently published a list of the most prestigious companies in the world. Many technology companies have secured their place in the list, while the American company Apple has managed to be in the first place. Topmost prestigious technology companies in the world list below.
Fortune compiled the list from a survey of more than 3,800 corporate executives, directors, and analysts around the world. Fortune’s list of the world’s 15 most prestigious companies in the technology sector are as follows:
1. Apple
For the past 14 years, US company Apple has consistently topped the list of the world’s most prestigious companies, and this time it has maintained it.
2. Amazon
Amazon is the second most prestigious company in the world.
3. Microsoft
The third place in the list of the most prestigious companies is also occupied by the technology company and in that place is the Microsoft company.
4. Alphabet
Google’s parent company ranks seventh on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies and fourth in the technology world.
5. Salesforce
American software company Salesforce is ranked 12th on the list of the most prestigious companies in the world.
6. Accenture
Irish company Accenture is ranked 33rd on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies.
7. Nvidia
American chipmaker Nvidia is ranked 37th on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies.
8. Adobe
Adobe has been ranked 40th on the list of most prestigious companies.
9. IBM
American company IBM is ranked 41st in the list of the most prestigious companies in the world.
10. Samsung
South Korean company Samsung has managed to keep itself in the top 50 and is ranked 49th in the list of the most popular companies in the world.
11. PayPal
Online payment company PayPal is ranked 50th in the list of the most prestigious companies in the world.
12. Activision
Gaming company Activision is ranked 53rd on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies.
13. AMD
Chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices is ranked 55th on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies.
14. Alibaba
Chinese multinational technology company Alibaba is ranked 61st on the list of the world’s most prestigious companies.
15. America Mobil
Mexico-based telecom company America Mobil is ranked 64th in the list of the most prestigious companies in the world.
