kathmandu | The Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 has achieved a major milestone by earning 600 crore at India's domestic box office. This makes it the first-ever Hindi film to reach this remarkable figure.

Stree 2 is the first Hindi film to achieve this milestone. From metro cities to non-metro areas, multiplexes to single screens, and urban centres to mass markets, Stree 2 is a winner everywhere.”

Released in theatres on August 14 this year, Stree 2 features a star-studded cast including Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, Shraddha Kapoor, and Abhishek Banerjee. Additionally, Varun Dhawan and Tamannaah Bhatia made cameo appearances in the film. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 is part of Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy universe, which also includes films like Stree, Bhediya, and Munjya.

By crossing the 600 crore mark, Stree 2 has surpassed the lifetime collections of blockbuster films like Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and Pathaan, Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, and the Hindi version of Prabhas’ Baahubali 2.
